Mind-Body medicine is a highly effective, holistic medicine used to enhance peace, relaxation and higher states of consciousness.
Mind-Body Medicine is extremely effective for treating stress, depression and many chronic conditions. Because many health challenges are caused by or aggravated by stress, Mind-Body Medicine works by enhancing our capacity for self-care and self-awareness, giving us control over our bodies and our health.
As you begin your Mind-Body medicine practice you will notice the physical effects of your emotions, and learn how to allow more peace in your life. You'll become aware of your mind-body interaction as well as our reaction to outward stimuli.
You'll learn to let go of people and situations in your life that no longer serve you! You'll learn to recognize synchronicities which move you forward to success and see the under current of patterns that that keep you stuck!
During our consultation, we will discuss the perfect set of self-care activities for you.
Your program may include changes to lifestyle, diet and nutrition for optimal success.
This 2 hour session is designed to take 1-4 people on a mind, body, soul and spiritual journey helping to access deep emotional blocks, decrease stress and increase deep relaxation.
During our session we'll enjoy many styles of guided meditation, dance and mindful movement, journaling exercises, and learn many self-care and self-expression activities that will help you to clear and balance in your mind, body, soul and spirit.
In our consultation we will talk about your specific goals and I'll assist you in designing a personalized life success program based on your specific needs.

Where do you work with clients?
I work with clients everywhere. At home, at the office, in the gym, in the studio, at the park, by request at public events or in far away lands on retreat.
How long is a MBM session?
An average mind-body medicine experience is anywhere from 1-2 hours long and is held in person, by phone, or via skype. Some sessions are 4-6 hours if we are engaging in an art-making session or a 1/2 day retreat. Some sessions can last for 8 hours. Breakfast and lunch are served at these events.
What’s a sample session like?
During a session I use several mind-body techniques which may incorporate meditation, guided imagery, clinical hypnotherapy, past life regression, artwork and body awareness to create a deep state of relaxation and reflection.
What are some of the hardest issues you have helped people to work through?
I live for helping people work through tough shadow issues. The hardest issues people seem to face are issues with drug addiction, emotional traumas from childhood, sexual abuse, grief & loss of a loved one, abortion, sexuality issues and helping people to find their passion and purpose.
Helping people prepare to leave their jobs are another difficult area for some but when they begin to increasingly experience the achievement of their goals and live through life changing breakthroughs the process changes everything. The feeling is amazing! It's totally satisfying.
